Where do you ship? Across the United Kingdom, with free shipping on every order.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Can I return an item? Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces need to come back unworn and unwashed with tags and any hygiene seal intact, and every return is inspected when it reaches us. A flat £10 postage charge applies to non-faulty returns (change of mind, size or fit); faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned at our cost. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
